Delete your account & data

You can request deletion of your Kadi account and the data associated with it here, even if you have uninstalled the game.

Request deletion

Email us your Kadi username or display name and, if you registered, the email linked to your account. Use that email address to send the request if you can. Never send your password.

Or write to madawardev@gmail.com with the subject “Kadi account deletion”.

This opens your email app. Send the email to submit your request; clicking the button alone does not delete your account.

What happens next

We verify that the account belongs to you before deleting anything. If you used a guest account or no longer have access to your registered email, include the display name and any account details you still have so we can help identify it.

After ownership is verified, we process deletion within 14 days and confirm by email. Deletion is permanent.

What the request covers

Your online account, account ID, display name, and any linked sign-in email and credentials.
Online scores, leaderboard records, and account-linked game data.
Friend connections and club memberships associated with the account.

Local data and retention

Settings and offline records on your device are separate. Clear Kadi’s app storage or uninstall the app to remove them. Uninstalling alone does not delete your online account.

We use your request email to verify ownership, process deletion, and respond. If any account data must be retained for legal or security reasons, we will explain what, why, and for how long when handling your request.
