Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Kadi (package name app.madawar.kadi) — the classic Kenyan card game, a cousin of Crazy Eights, for Android and the web.

The short version: Kadi is an offline card game first. We do not sell data, we do not run ads, and we do not track you across the internet. The only data that ever leaves your phone is what the optional online multiplayer needs, and it goes to our own game server.

1. Who we are

2. What data the game handles

Everything in the first two rows is stored in the app's private storage and never leaves your device. Only the last two rows apply at all — and only when you use online multiplayer.

3. What we never collect

No address-book contacts, phone number or required real name. An email address is used if you choose to register or contact support.
No location data, precise or approximate.
No advertising identifiers — and no ads at all.
No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
No photos, media or files from your device.

4. Permissions

The Android app requests two permissions, both for gameplay only:

INTERNET — for optional online multiplayer.
VIBRATE — for haptic feedback when you play a card.

5. Sharing

We do not sell data and do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or analytics providers. Online-play data goes to our own game server only. If the servers ever move to an infrastructure provider, that provider acts on our instructions and sees no more than the account ID, display name and match traffic described above.

6. Security and retention

Local data stays in the app's private, sandboxed storage. Online traffic is encrypted in transit. We keep account and leaderboard data for as long as your account exists, so your records are there when you come back; deleting your account removes it.

7. Your rights

Request deletion of your online account and associated data through our account deletion page. You do not need to have the app installed.
Delete everything else by uninstalling the app.

8. Children

Kadi does not provide public chat. Online play and email registration are optional; the account data they use is described above. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed, use our deletion request page.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this same address and the date above will change. Continued play after an update means you accept the new policy.
